Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 4 working days, however please do email me if you need it sooner and we will do our best to help. During busier times it may take up to 6 working days to arrive.

UK orders will be sent first class signed for. Please remember on weekends and bank holidays there will be a slight delay.

The products will be securely packed so that they arrive at your address in perfect condition. If you make orders that include a few products, we will send these out as one parcel unless we get in touch directly with you to say otherwise.

Cards, postcards and other small items up to 1kg £4.50

Prints A2 size for example up to 3kg £12

Larger items up to 20kg £25

Rest of the world

Items up to 3kg £22

Items up to 10kg £60

Larger items up to 20kg £95*

*Depending on the larger items there might be added fees for International shipping due to any changing individual shipping rates. Fees might be added also if the individual customer has a special request on shipping.

Returns

I would be happy for you to return limited edition prints on the condition they are returned in absolutely perfect sealed condition, and at the return cost of the customer.

Please email first before you return one of my limited edition prints art@annabelpope.com to discuss the next steps. Return requests must be completed within 12 days please.

With original art work, due to them all being bespoke and fragile paintings, I cannot accept any returns.
